I just want to say a HUGE "Thank you" to our church family in Red Deer! We were told just before Christmas that they wanted to send us a care package and they asked us if there was anything we would like. We gave them a few ideas for candies and stuff, but said - in the end we would leave it up to them! They were suppose to send it around Christmas time, but back in April we heard from them - that they hadn't sent it yet and it was going out soon! We were excited and later found out that they sent it ground (which means, by ship!!!).
We were praying that it made it to us in time and then this past Friday it arrived!!! It was so exciting!! We got some yummy maple cookies, chocolate bars, chocolate chips, a cd, 2 devotional books, a little wall calendar and Bob got a couple of magazines!! It was such a treat and it was so exciting to receive!!
So, to our church family - thank you so much! We look forward to being back in Alberta in August and spending time with you all!!

I'm so glad it arrived before you left! I learned after doing it once that "by ground" means six months later.... At least the ship didn't sink!
